We are proud to present Family Service & Children’s Aid’s Annual Report for 2015. This year, as we have for 73 years since 1943, we remained true to the vision we all believe in—A healthy community built on strong families. We focus our efforts on keeping children safe and families together. . In 2015, through counseling, substance abuse treatment and education, parent education, foster care, adoption, advocacy, adult guardianship and conservatorship and other services, we are grateful to have had the opportunity to serve almost 6,000 people in Jackson and the surrounding community. Our priorities for the next 12 months will be to continue to develop and grow our services to meet community needs. We are actively enhancing our learning about trauma and its effects in all areas of our programs and agency. We continue to add talented leadership in these areas as our clients ask us for additional services. We appreciate every person who has supported Family Service & Children’s Aid along the way and has made a real difference in the lives of so many. We hope this annual report on our activities will continue to inspire your support and generosity. We are deeply grateful for all you do.
