Treatment Options Include: Intensive outpatient (10+hours per week) Outpatient (9 hours or less per week) Group therapy only Individual therapy only Case management only Enhanced women’s service only

Levels of Care

Levels of Care at Born Free include: Case Management Enhanced case management and peer support services (if client meet criteria) Individual therapy Group therapy (process, didactic, relationships, anger, early recovery skills, seeking safety, parenting group, co-occurring, exploration, etc.) Childcare and transportation is available for individuals coming for treatment Celebrating Families in Recovery

How is Someone Admitted to Born Free?

An individual has to call for an assessment. Referral sources include self, probation, CPS, DHHS, employment, family, etc. Complete paper work and potentially meet with a Peer (Home of New Vision). Bio-psycho-social is conducted with a therapist Client is placed in level of care and placed with a case management appointment as appropriate.
