More Opportunities To Attend A Foster Care/Adoption Orientation This Fall
Family Service is offering even more opportunities for people to learn how to become foster/adoptive parents! On the second and fourth Wednesday of every month there is an opportunity to learn how your family can make the difference in the life of a child in foster care. Attending an orientation is just the first step, and does not commit you to anything.
At an orientation, you will have the opportunity to learn about the steps a family takes to become licensed for foster care, and you will learn about the adoption process. We will attempt to answer all the questions you have and help you think of new ones!
We are looking for caring, nurturing families to provide temporary and permanent homes for children. The greatest need is for homes for children who are part of sibling groups of two or three. Please come to one of our orientations to find out how your family can help.
September’s orientations are September 12 from 9am-noon and September 26 from 5pm-8pm.
October’s orientations are October 10 from 9am-noon and October 24 from 5pm-8pm.
Please contact us at 517-787-7920 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to RSVP for one of the these orientations.
