Founded on a commitment to strengthening children, families, and individuals in our community, Family Service and Children’s Aid (FSCA) operates 13 programs that serve more than 7,400 people each year. Our comprehensive services include counseling, education, adoption, foster care, advocacy, adult guardian services, and program development.
All FSCA programs are nationally accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA), reflecting our dedication to providing high-quality, effective, and compassionate services to those we serve.

Substance Use Disorder treatment, counseling, and support. Women’s Specialty supports families with a pregnant individual with substance use concerns.
Mentoring programs, educational support, youth development, and guardian services.
Safe, loving homes for children in need through our foster care and adoption services, with comprehensive support for families.
