Donita joined the Family Service & Children’s Aid Board of Directors in 2021. She is in Retail Sales at Sweet Caroline’s.
Becky Billingsley, Director
Becky joined the Family Service & Children’s Aid Board of Directors in 2004. Becky is also the Office & HR Manager at Leimenstoll Services. Becky has been a part of the FSCA Board of Directors for 18 years.
Dr. J. Frederick Bland, Director
Dr. Bland joined the Family Service & Children’s Aid Board of Directors in 2023. He is an Associate Professor at Spring Arbor University and also runs his own Private Practice at Empowering Zone Counseling/Consulting.
Garrett Dowell, Director
Garrett joined the Family Service & Children’s Aid Board of Directors in 2025. He is a Master Technician at Eaton Corporation.
Kelsey Guernsey, Secretary
Kelsey joined the Family Services & Children’s Aid Board of Directors in 2019. Kelsey is the Prosecuting Attorney for Jackson County and focuses on helping victims in the community.

Aaron joined the Family Service & Children’s Aid Board of Directors in 2013. Aaron is the Supervisor of the Facilities Department at Eaton Aerospace Test Facility. Aaron has been a part of the FSCA Board of Directors for 12 years.
