The Employee Resource Network is a full-service Employee Assistance Program (EAP) serving the Jackson and Lenawee County business community.

Organizations that partner with our Employee Resource Network gain access to confidential counseling services for their employees. Our counselors support a wide range of individual and family concerns, including stress and anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, family conflict, and grief and loss.

We also work with both employers and employees to address workplace challenges and resolve conflicts. In times of crisis, our team provides workplace support services such as Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD) and trauma-informed counseling.

In addition, employees have access to legal and financial consultation services, offering well-rounded support for life’s challenges.
